Looking for ATK Cash support contact

Does anyone have any other contact method for them than the email address on their site? I know they had some changes in their staffing during the spring and since then support has been really poor and most of my emails have gone unanswered. Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks Fonz, that's the exact email I have been using. The old Chris was great to deal with but the new Chris is rather slow. He replied to one of my emails (the first one since he took over) rather fast but then 3 emails have gone with no replies in the past couple of months. I'll try to catch him on ICQ
