I wonder if the criteria for killing world leaders is based on crimes committed during time of war. If so I guess Texas should gear up old Sparky for that dude in Crawford, considering the death of US troops in Iraq

edit: looks like the "experts" were right, everything is fine today in Iraq... well except for all the people dying from car bombs
