sitemap software

what software do some of you use to create your sitemaps, I have looked at xenu but want to see what others are using

I use one of Coffee Cups programs called Google Site Mapper. It's really easy to use but not sure how effective it is.

If your talking sitemaps for Google then just use notepad. List every page into notepad (one url per line) and save it as sitemap.txt upload to the root of your directory, submit it to Google sitemaps and you will get confirmation that everything is working fine.
