Here's a nice tool if you have problems coming up with a 100 words.
Seriously, 100 words + my understanding is that you now have to submit via the PM system on the Netpond board.  My guess is they'll be hurting for submitters pretty soon if they enforce the new rules strictly.

The navigation on the new design doesn't exactly clear the path to the free porn either. I don't consider it very user-friendly.
