Yeah, that does bring up a good point - you can put most niches with mature & it'd make sense (except mature teens, which I seem to get a lot of submits for)

That does make sense, I could put almost anything with the term and make a niche. Sponsors might be a hassle, but I can always promote general mature sites if I can't find an exact fit. I've been using your stats alot Greenie looking for good sponsors I haven't tried.
