I kind of had he feeling Richard's Realm was "free" in the same way Tommy is "free", i.e. there's a submit page that seems like it's open for everyone but in reality it's not. I guess I thought that because so far I haven't seen a single FS of mine get listed on Richards but that could of course also be because my FS suck or because his queue is 100 miles long.

Has DrB always been TGP only? Guess I'm just mixing things up..

There are a couple I've ran into that charge, but when I looked at them in Alexa I passed on them. Richard's is definitely free, but he's very picky.

Is Alexa a good indicator of the traffic you can expect from a LL.

Not really, but it shows how much traffic the LL gets, if the surfer has to jump through hoops to find the links then the result will be obvious, and if an LL wants money to submit then it better have traffic to begin with.
