I'm using Frame Shots that J3sUS183 recommended for making the thumbs. It is very easy to use and makes nice quality thumbs in the size you specify. Download the trial version and give it a try. The full version is $30. |

I agree with Lemmy. Windows Movie Maker lets you "grab" an image from a video clip anywhere in the clip. Just run the video and click the camera icon when you want an image. If you don't like it, delete it and start over. Very easy.
