Well, the primary goal of weighting would be the ability to put my handbuilt galleries above sponsor galleries in any list that came up, to maximise sales and to keep the listing looking fresh by pushing sponsor galleries down a bit. (By now most surfers have seen sponsor galleries, they have a "look", no reason to let low converting sponsor gals hog the top spots.) So a weighting of 1 to 10 should do, just enough to arrange for sponsorgals to be kept to the bottoms of any listing.

As for descrips, what I'd like is the ability to have a linked 40 character description display for each gallery, with perhaps an option to have a shorter 20 character descrip. Descrips make the links more clickable and more appealing to the SEs. Maybe compromise and have a 25 character descrip capability, thats a common length.
