If it werent for the three major drawbacks (handling of DRMs, Hardware changeout impossibility and the fubar graphical problems with DirectX 10) and their consequences (not being able to play Bluray and HD Dvd properly, a laptop that will need to be charged more frequently, and for most users - a total confusion issue when trying to change out hardware) it might be worthwhile - if youre comfortable with user account handling on Windows and properly setting permissions etc.
You would think that the company could have set up an operating system that was intuitive enough for the general user without needing a background in NT security ![]() |
