Free Sites On Sponsor Host?

but still what i wanted to say-sometimes sponsor hosting is better then 50% of paid hosting used by submitters

While I wouldn't say it's 50%, I will say that I agree with you, which is why there's a lot of hosting companies that are blacklisted as well.

Is there a list with blacklisted hosting companies too?
I mean, if a newbie starts building free sites can he/she check a list of hosts to avoid in order to have his/her sites listed?

I don't know them all off the top of my head, but I can say that I can not think of one that's based in the US that's banned
