The hacker fucked with the HelpDesk (not created by the Xpowerlinks people) through a known vulnerability, but is doesn't appear that they have penetrated any deeper than that. The rest of the site is fine. Either they're on vacation or they have shit support. You'd think if they knew about their own help desk falling victim to some punk, they'd fix it immediately. I assume they must not know about it.
Of course, their customer database may have been deleted and they don't have a clue who you are anymore.
