Does your site have personality? We don't like "cookie cutter" sites that look like they were mass produced through a TGP auto-submit program. The surfers get bored with them and so do we.
No Popups!!! They piss off surfers and will get you banned.
No illegal looking or illegal sounding sites will ever be accepted. That includes rape, beastiality, ******, or anything else which we find distasteful.
Blind or mis-leading links won't get you listed. This includes "Continue", "Next" and other tricks.
Your site has to have at least 20 pictures. It's best to have two separate galleries of 10 pages behind your initial warning page.
Don't use banner ads with ENTER HERE on your first page. It tricks surfers.

I'm not sure what the fuck you're talking about fresh, he's 100% absolutely correct. In all the time I've been submitting to HOES I completely overlooked that in the rules. In a hurry I guess. Thanks for pointing that out johnnydoe. I'll get things fixed immediately.

I thoughty something was amiss. I just checked and I have sites listed at HOES that do have consoles. An oversight on their end and mine. But in the future I'll be sure and use the no console tours.

Is this confusion between consoles on your freesite and consoles on the sponsor's site?
It looks like Hoes will list freesites that link to paysites with pop-ups, at their discretion of course, but not to freesites with pop-ups.

I only know of two link lists that decline sites if the sponsor's console tour is nasty. They want to be able to get back to my site with one, maybe two clicks.

You are correct with the above statement.

Just to clarify once and for all. The no console rule applies ONLY to free sites that for some silly reason might want to add a console on one of the pages of their free site. It happens. Go figure.

I don't care and have no control over whether a free site advertises a paysite that happens to use a console.

I will add this though:

From extensive testing (10 years), the use of consoles hurts sales in the long run. I'll say it twice:

Use a console. Lose a surfer.
Use a console. Lose a surfer.

If you want bookmarkers, ditch the popups. If you want to stay in this business and be successful in the long run, lose the popups.

Are you speaking as a link list owner or a free site builder? I can understand a link list wanting bookmarkers and keeping surfers happy and coming back, but once a surfer leaves my free site to check out a sponsors tour, do you really think he might come back to my site, and still be a possible sale? IMHO if he clicks and goes to the sponsor's tour, he's already seen it and won't come back to my site and click a link again to go see what he's already seen. Just my opinion but I would love to hear what others think.

I think it applies to EVERYONE and every type of site. For instance, a free site builder should really consider building niche hubs with links on each of the built free sites he makes that direct surfers to "more of this type of content". On your BLACK free site, put a link to your BLACK hub that lists some or all of the BLACK free sites that you have built. Do this with every niche you cater to. Then, take all these niche hubs and build a master hub that links to each niche. Voila! You now have your own linklist with very targetted niche traffic coming in. BUT, if you hammered that surfer with popups in your initial free site, good luck every getting them to your hub system and eventually bookmarking it as a good place to visit.

This is just one example of why popups are useless to a long term, profitable adult business.
