Is BookmarkLinks no longer a link list?

I noticed that too when I went to submit today. Something happened, the usual enter link is not even linked.

I have no idea. I was getting listed there last year with two domains that are on "the blacklist", but with my new domain where everything is fine, I wasn't getting listed.

I quit submitting there.
