I just noticed this thread.
First, regarding the original thought in the thread, if Strom Thurman has taught us anything, white supremacists have no problem being hypocrites. Second, and I have no idea how we got here again but, if you use the right wood, smoker box and indirect "gas" heat, you will find that you have a much better taste than charcoal. Have you ever looked to see how charcoal is made and what it is made from? Of course smoking meat with real wood is the best way to cook but who the hell has time to spend a day cooking meat when you do it 3 times/week? |
