I've been reading elsewhere recently about these download codecs stealing affiliate codes.
Basically, there's sites with unplayable videos telling you to download codec & once visitor has this codec, it will replace refcodes of links on other pages visitor visits.. For example.. Visitor A downloads codec from page you shown above.. next, Visitor A goes to someporntgp.com & links on someporntgp.com now contain refcodes belonging to affiliate who had codec installs on unsuspecting visitors |

Since about Nov of last year this has blossomed into a real issue if you are an affiliate WM - right now its extimated that about 10-20% of sales on TGPs are being stolen using these
Ill see if I can get one of the people thats been involved with tracking this down to post over here as you will find the affiliate programs either cant or wont do anything with a few notable exceptions - the rest just take the sales because they dont see any changes and dont look to see where the sales come from |
