Regarding 2257, I am located in Australia and have a different combo of ID for each of the 4 models.

MODEL 1 - bank card, health care card and another government issued health care card

MODEL 2 - Drivers license, birth certificate, health care card

MODEL 3 - Drivers license, health care card

MODEL 4 - Drivers license only
