Hi Chuck,

i just tried it again, and the following error was on the screen:

Oops, we had the following problem:
Sorry, your domain has been banned from submitting (http://picchannel.com/free/090407/victoria2/)

I have no idea what the reason could be, but when you say that i am not on your ba-list..hmm.

I would be happy if i it was possible to submit to the hoes in the future.
