if im not wrong not even the guy doing fries gets as low as 4,50....
but if were talking other countrys like maybe some eastern europe or asia I can understand what your talking about :-)

but still if you takle 4,5 an hour for submitting free sites, why not just build a site and submit? can guarantee way more than 4,5 for that lol
