In my opinion if the LL is listing the submission on the niche page and then also creating a seperate page for each listing, then it would only be helpful as you'd get more exposure to your site.

If the site link is small and the rest of the page is covered in ads, i'm not sure what you would get as far as visitors, but i'm pretty sure it would help as far as another incoming link to your site.
