Yes, but i live in the fucking anti-adult-land germany. it's the only way for good hosting.

Is the Whois with the same company and hosting, the important thing for a Signup on a Partner Account or a submit on LinkList's?

The reason I, and many others, look closely at the whois of a submitter's domain is that fake whois info is a know cheater tactic. I'm not accusing you of being a cheater, but I do like to know who I'm doing business with.

Given a reasonable explanation I might be able to look past a muddy whois. Do you own the company the domain is registered to in the US? Did you just make it up? Are you the actual owner of the domain? Maybe not relevant, but do you risk trouble with the law by owning an adult website in Germany?

Unanswered these are questions that would lead me to decline your submission at my LLs.

Many AdultWebmaster in Germany use Godaddy für Hosting, Domain with Whois-Protect and she have no bad problems with it.

No, i don't have Paysites.
