Moving Recip Links To Main Page?

I believe most of the larger Linklists still allow links from inside the free site instead of putting them on the warning page - there are NO larger link lists that I know of that require recips to be on the warning page and require the warning page to be named index - thats something only smaller uneducated newbies do

I guess some of the bigger lists now require the recip to be on the warning page - although Im not sure when that got changed?

I assume that goes along with them wanting the recips to be found before the enter link.

Also, I'm not sure who started demanding the submitted page to be named index. I guess it was someone who thought that a page named 'index' has some higher value than one named 'keyword,' even though free sites are often found 2, 3, or 4 subdirectories deep.
