Here, let me try and help. Not a native speaker here myself, but I could see a few problems there -

Personally, I would change the wording some more, but I just highlighted the actual grammatical issues. You may want to change "do not" into "don't" too, to make it flow better. Also, I would lose the "too good to be true?" - why make them think it might be some scam?
