Akismet (of course)
Fuzzy Recent Posts
Google XML Sitemaps
SH Autolink
Ultimate Tag Warrior
Wordpress Database Backup

I've actually got a bunch of non-activated plugins sitting there, had a fiddle with them and gave up.
