It rained last night and he was on a motorcycle so we kicked back, had a beer and watched the football game. Made him feel at home and got an offer tonight
A real good guy and it was just what he was looking for, a bit of a fixer-upper, but not a wreck
Gonna miss the ole place though, been here 8 years, longest I've ever been at one address.

Hope yours sells quick, the market is hot now that the interest rates are starting to creep up.
