Mature vs Milf - and where the hell do "housewives" fit into all this?

MILF - They have to be "hot". They need to be probably about 35+. Keep in mind that "MILFs" are considered Moms I'd Love To Fuck. Late teen, early college guys wanting to fuck their friends hot mom. So they need to be old enough to have "kids" in that age range. i.e. It's the perspective of a late teen early 20s guy that makes her a MILF. What's interesting is that I've found that the best converting MILF sites (with traffic specifically looking for MILFs) aren't the ones with the "young" girls. They're usually the women around 40. Too many MILF sites are slapping up sites with young girls and calling them MILFs just cause they have a kid. That doesn't sell well with MILF specific traffic.

Mature IMO is more of a catchall at this point. Probably 30-60. If they're not "hot" then they're just "mature".

Basically, MILF and Cougar grew out of Mature.

this is where it gets confusing lol. If she's old enough to have kids that are late teens 20s, she'd have to be at least around 40 (well, usually ) To me, that's not a milf. When our local radio contest had a 'milf-hunt' contest, all the moms were the daycare set. Guys I know in my age group (mid-thirties or so hehe) use the term to describe hot mom types they want, not their friend's moms.

now, my opinion was this grew out of the 'my friend's hot mom' type of thing. If a guy's old enough to want an older chick, he's going to be at least late teens. So the moms in that circle will be a bit older, mid 30s to mid 40s. I agree that the aggressiveness is part of a cougar, she's usually divorced and on the prowl, and likes younger guys. But I wouldn't call a 30 year old a cougar. Hell, I don't even call myself that yet

I hear you about the confusion part. And it's true that older guys also refer to some women as MILFs even if it's not their friends mom. As it becomes more and more part of every day speach, it gets "diluted"... But I always go back to what I consider the "genesis" of the term or that "definition" of what it's supposed to be, and that's the first American Pie movie. i.e. Finch fucking Stifflers MILF mom. That movie put the term MILF on the map.

From what I hear, Cougar is a term that's come out of the California night life scene of agressive "mature" women on the prowl for young men. I think that my impression that it's an aggresive MILF is probably because as it's becoming a more mainstream term it's being shifted from any mature/old women to the hotter types. So probably not appropriate. Just did a bit more reading and it can even be "grannies". It's more their actions in that their heading out to the clubs, makup plastered on, cleavage enhanced etc. in order to pick up a young guy to fuck.

At the end of the day, what does the surfer think.. And all I know for sure is that with guys searching for MILFs, they buy more memberships to the sites where the women actually look more mature.. i.e. around 40... so late 30s to late 40s probably. In fact, I put a friends new MILF site in a really prominent place on a SEO MILF site and it did extremely poorly.. It features younger looking women on the tour. The most popular MILFs that are still searched for from MILF Hunter are often the very first ones they did, the ones that looked much older. Man did that site sell great when it first came out with those older looking women. Look at the NA site myfriendshotmom. That's the most popular site and check out how "old" most of those women look.

Don't know about the Cougar ones yet.. Just getting going with promoting that specific area.
