OK so if I understand it right ... you will only have 1500 links (places) in your database. And what would happen when you would fill these 1500 places?
Otherwise, count me in. I always love to experiment

Well there wouldn't be any new room for people to participate.. If the pool kept growing, your chances of having even just one of your links displayed would go down until it became pointless. Why link to site if you only have 150 links out of 30,000? the odds aren't really in your favor. It would mean your sites would have a .5% chance of being chosen for one of the slots.

I figured having 10 (1500/150) pr5 sites link to a single page would probably make that page go up in the search engines considerably. Or having 15 pr 3 sites..

keep in mind the ratios aren't set in stone yet.
