More inactive or slow LLs - are they dead?

Den: I placed smutrat.com on my `inactive list` a very long time ago. I tried submitting for many months with no results.

Is anyone successfully submitting to infospiral.com on a daily basis? Since they went to having partner accounts I'm receiving error messages after pressing the submit button.
