I seem to spend a great deal of time tracking down dead links.
My TGP pretty much takes care of itself as the bot checks everything each day and removes anything that has changed or gone 404. My LL also has a bot but I then have to check stuff that it finds and manually remove the sites. This is that bad but what is a problem is with LLs, unlike TPGs, the submitted stuff is multiple pages and my bot only checks the first page. I spend a great deal of time checking for sites that have changed the pages that have removed their gallery pages or pics or something. Then there is the thousands or promotional pieces that I have built and submitted but the sponsor has gone out of business or something so the ads on my promotional pieces or no longer any good. |

That which does not kill us, will try, try again.

Nice if it could run as a plugin of some kind to the top Link List scripts too. And if you could tell it what to do with different kinds of errors when it finds them. Something rule-based would be good. ![]()
