I've recently moved to National Net, via Luke and chilihost and I cannot believe the level of service provided by them.
The tech support guys are always polite on the phone, they respond to the online help desk queries usually within a couple of minutes and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. After nearly 10 years in this business I can honestly say I have no problem recommending them to anyone
