Yeah, they seem to very heavy on the marketing end...slick advertising, upselling everytime you click on something or call them. I've been with them a while, and haven't had major problems, but will be moving soon since I have heard too many horor stories on this and other boards.

One thing about their support....they promise 24 hours, and they do provide you with an answer in 24 hours with one catch: the answer is often BS. It seems even a wrong answer fulfills the 24 hour response promise.

I've found some other inxpensive hosting companies that have a much better reputation, one of them being naked hosting. That's who I will probably sign up with.
