I have mine all pre made and stuck in a folder with a global alias. I mirror my sites 3 times so that is a total of 4 sites. So for office sex sites I have 4 text files numbered office2.txt, office3.txt etc. Then when I mirror the site all I have to do is change the number in the virtual include.
For submitting I have an html page that has a link to the webmaster pages for each site on those recip tables that opens a new window. For sites that don't have a submit page but want submits via email I just change the url to "mail to" and the email address. Makes life simple for me. If for some reason I am not going to submit to a site anymore, I just make a new set of tables and number them different. (office1-2.txt, office1-3.txt, etc.) |

My setup is exactly like Major's and it works well once it's set up. Make some usually minor adjustments to the table, then go to the list of submit pages. It saves tons of time.
