You keep using content that is watermarked with a site that differs from the one you're promoting. If you're going to use sponsor content, you need to promote the sites that is on the content.

The Batman + Robin stuff... those are adult cartoon parodies of the series obviously. It's a sponsor FHG. Is that really a copyright violation? I honestly don't know, but I kind of don't think so.

Parodies like that are really a whole huge niche unto itself in the world of adult artworks. In Japan there's a whole MASSIVE market devoted to such stuff. (That's what doujinshi or dojins are, typically. From Wikipedia: 'In Western cultures, dōjinshi is often perceived to be derivative of existing work, analogous to fan fiction and almost completely pornographic. This is partly true: dōjinshi are often parodies or alternative storylines involving the worlds of popular manga or anime series'.)

Meh... actually looking at that blog post, I dunno, I don't feel that great about it now, I think you have a point.

I never really felt good about that sponsor anyways, a lot of their cartoons/comics are on the border of what I feel comfortable promoting.

Post removed, and blog resubmitted. Thanks for your, um, morality/legality check there. (Can't think of the right words.)

I'd appreciate it if you could tell me which images on the blog you feel are in infringement of copyright. I'm not asking to provoke an argument, I'd genuinely like to hear your thoughts on the matter. I respect your guys' experience in the 'biz.

I have received either explicit (via e-mail) or implicit (sponsor galleries) permission to use all images there. Of course it may be that some sponsors aren't aware of licensing/copyright issues or are sort of living dangerously.
