If the situation in this story is accurate, then the man in this story is being fucked over by the courts and the parent(s) of choice are being wrongly relieved of their duties as parents.
Again – you all demand the right for a woman to choose – how big a hypocrite are you really?

OMG.......Sorry but I have no sympathy for the man who donated his sperm. He did this with out any legal backup, nothing to protect himself what the hell was he thinking? Come on that was dumb on his part.
It is as simple as you make them you pay for them. Because of the fact that you pointed out. You don't have much of a right of appeal once the women is pregnant.

That mutual decision overturned by the women????? Come on she did not get that way by herself. Maybe it's me or the way I read it but that really rubbed me the wrong way!
Dareutwo you are absolutely right! If your raising the kids the mother should pay for them.
