I cut out all caffeine when I was told I had Kidney Stones
 It's just all the shit going on sometimes gets to me when trying to fall asleep. Nothing worse than trying to function the day after a sleepless night. I can remember a time when I stayed up for 5 days and nights. Those were very much younger days. |
