Good or bad depends on what Dee ultimately does with all those programs.

If the old tired stuff is revitalized and updated over time it is a win/win situation for both Dee and affiliates.

It will take a huge staff to maintain all those sites and programs. Short term at least there will likely be some support issues as staffing gets sorted. Long term, if it all crumbles under it's own weight, it could be very bad for many.
