Sergeyka, with this new format, are there any changes in rules? I tried reading the big thread on the Russian webmaster board, but Google's translation software is shit. I did read that kit seemed to be against adding a bunch of new rules. Why isn't Penisbot on your list?

I'd be willing to list new format sites at WhoringWives and Pervespace from any of my current partner submitters. I'll allow more submitters when I get my queue beaten down.
