Good Tuesday Everyone

Nothing like waking up at 5 one day & 9 the next

My Sleep Therapist thinks I need to go for another study, but she can't write the script for it, so I have to ask my Psychiatrist for the script, since she diagnosed me. Good thing I'm seeing her tomorrow

Other than that, I'll pat myself on the back & state that 4-29-07 was the last time I had a smoke

And congrats Greenie, I know how hard it is to stop smoking, not for me (because I never did it), but I have tons of friend includind my boyfriend who tried several times and still cant quit, so thats a good thing to hear
