If your CPanel is messing up and your host is not responsive to your requests for support it's time to change hosts....
There are dozens of hosts who have reasonable prices and good Tech support. Just check out the Resouces section of this site....  The reason I'm saying that is because CPanel errors are not something you want to have to try and diagnose and fix yourself. You'll probably need ROOT access and a good knowledge of the OS your server is running in addition to a good knowledge of CPanel... |
