Not too sure I want to work with folks that treat me like shit then come back and act like I was the problem. There were a LOT of good submitters that got their domains "blacklisted" for no real reason. And nothing pisses off a submitter that makes an honest effort to follow the rules than getting blacklisted with no response for months as to the reason.

I think I'll pass on submitting to anything owned by Rocco till he gets this figured out. I don't have time to keep redoing my recip tables every time he gets a hair up his ass.

I find I have less and less patience for that kind of shit. He contacted me about two years ago and offered a deal, it seemed ok but needed a bit of negotiation so I said so, didn't hear back from him for months. When I did hear back I was no longer interested.
With this kind of business you can't just put it on auto-pilot, you have to be there and you have to deal with people. Good webmasters don't look on that as an inconvenience.

I just got a message that the site I was submitting is already in the database at one of Rocco's lists and at another it says my domain is banned and it also says "success, inserted". What's up with that?

That must be sleeks and means:
domain is banned (by bot)
but site is inserted and will be shown as soon as the domain is unbanned. Let me know the domain, then I will have a look at your sites.

Didn't treat you like shit, we just did not reply for whatever reason. Anyway, that was not nice, sorry for that.

I will post here when the sites are redone. ATM sleeks is pretty much working as supposed, this is the one which will not list banned domain (the other sites still list sites from banned domains, but will stop soon). Get your domains unbanned and your submissions are welcome.
