Like usual I wait to the last minute.

Virgohippy and I have booked a room for the 9th. We will drive in the morning from LA and we will be driving back home afternoon or evening of the 10th.

Hope to be there and checked in so we can make Happy Hour on the 9th to see some friendly faces and meet some new ones from the board. This really is the only reason why we are driving out at $5 a gallon

We do not have passes for xbiz, so does anybody know how much same day registration costs. I could not find it on their site. Not sure if we will even register to go in.

As far as the passes go I wouldn't sweat it I find networking with board members the most beneficial part of going to a show and you can borrow someones pass if there is something you want to see or do
Just make sure your there by happy hour

I agree completely with this, which is why we are going to drive on out. I did a last minute trip out to Sheepguy's BBQ and it was one of the best trips.

LOL at the rest of you and thanks. Never been to one of these so I would not mind doing a walk thru and thats about it.

I agree, I never signed up for Internext, too expensive, but drove in and spent the night so MadHatter and I could meet up with GG&J buds.

I'm just installing the last program on my laptop I'll need, I'm almost all packed, Jim already has most of his stuff in the Vue, so figure we will be able to leave in the morning at a good time, so I'm thinking we should be checked in by early afternoon at the latest. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

You know you could always do the Mega Bus. It's like 4 hours door to door and depending on when you roll out could be anywhere from $8-16 dollars each. MUCH cheaper than the gas prices and it's non-stop from LA.
