My apologies for the downtime. It couldn't have happened at a worse time of the day.
We are in the midst of a database replication project which will eliminate an issue like this from occurring again. It should be ready in 1-2 days. This extended downtime will not happen again, however, as I have put some checks in place to restart our public boxes in the event of failure. sorry again! marc |
