Web Legal has a whole bunch of them.

Stuveltje showed me some other providers in the past but I already forgot who they were

ZipContent has some, but the pack I purchased a long while back had glaring misspellings and bizarre use of punctuation; things like !!! at the end of far too many unexciting sentences.

Hah! this has nothing to do with stories - tho I've bought them from weblegal - I just wish the old weblegal was back as a content store.

That was a great place before the 2257 scare basically crushed the way they did business, and the supply of content they used to carry.
