I did like the Washington Post's picture of the Ford Think hauling a bunch of gas cans. They even showed him filling the cans in the car.

Other than that, it looks like they downgraded the storm to the point where it won't be a hurricane -- but, should still bring a lot of wind and rain.

Finishing up some code today -- hopefully.

its 4:03 midday here and a nice "not to cold" temp!

Just came back from a visite to some inlaws, was nice to see them again.
We have rent some bleuray dvds to spent our evening with, i still dont get it, now i finally have 120 channels ( normally you have 30 or so, but with payment you can have more) with tv stuff and not one channel has something interresting on it?

I am preparing my to do for next week, because i have to make some phonecalls to arrange things for my daugthers " i have my friends over and my parents are my slave birthday party"

We are keeping an eye on Fay also, don't think we will know until tomorrow how bad it's going to be.

I almost had a heart attack last night! Sound asleep when our grandson starts screaming on the top of his lungs "no no no" and a loud banging going on with it. It sat me straight up in bed from a sound sleep, I don't think my husbands feet even touched the floor. Josh was in his room with a toy banging on his toy box and yelling...damn I thought I was checking out it scared me so bad.....

I need a nice calm quiet day! Enjoy your Sunday all

Morning all. Still sleepy and trying to wake up. I tried a Sobe energy drink for the first time about 6pm last night and didn't think I was ever going to get to sleep last night. Too bad it tasted like strong grapefruit juice, lol. I might stock up on some today, and drink it earlier in the day.

I have both cats on my desk as I try to see and type this, makes it a challenge.

Have to go chair my weekly meeting, then get some porn done.

MadHatter helped me figure out how to run Internet Download Manager so I could get a big content order downloaded and that is almost done, so its new AVS site building day today.

Well, the weekend for me has ended in buffalo. Headed back today as I leave tomorrow for the Jersey shore. Was a blast. Hope everyone leaving today/tomorrow have a safe trip home. Thanks for the great times.

I see by a pic on another thread that my odd dreams of beautiful bride, a handsome groom, a man in a chicken suit, an oddly-robed preacher-type, and other assorted loonies wasn't quite off base. I have to go do laundry (YUCK!), the usual website stuff... then get ready for about 5 inches of rain due here over the next few days. The window near my computer leaks when the rain hits at certain angles. My kitchen window and living room window leaked with the teaser rain yesterday. All this is little in the eyes of Fay, I know.. You Floridians stay dry and cozy, please... and if y'all do get bored, please send more our way!

It's still Sunday for a couple of hours...got back home around dinnertime and had just enough energy to go buy dinner for everyone and then just crashed. It was a great weekend - the most unique (and fun!) wedding I've ever been to and I loved seeing old friends and making new ones too
