I got rejected because I didn't have enough recips I thought It would be considered a compliment... I originally had 5 recips i added one more to balance it out. Should I put more on here? what is the ideal recip amount? I use 9 on my new pages used to use up to 12

Yes you only had 5 the read the rules http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/therules.htm you need to submit to at least 5 Other link list and the last I looked the hun don't list free sites.
