The first thing I look at with these cheap hosts.. The Terms:

Adult Content - Sites containing adult material, links to adult material, or adult-oriented merchandise are not permitted. The final determination of what constitutes "adult content" is made by eHostingBiz.com.

Lots of galleries even with censored pics is construed as adult by US hosts. I have a protfolio on a few model/photrographer sites hosted in the States and we can't even have a topless photo as our main image.. DUH..
