I don't claim to be an expert, but here's what I have:
You can use http://www.seocentro.com/tools/searc...-analyzer.html to get keyword densities on your page. Single keywords are tough so try for 2 and 3 word combinations, targeting between 3-5% density. 'tranny links', 'tranny porn links' etc would be good for that site. Trade links with other sites using those phrases as anchor text.

Use http://keyworddiscovery.com/search.html for search breakdowns on keywords, try to target those phrases on your page. Type in 'tranny' and browse the list to get an idea of what people are searching for.
