Once you 1st start a diet, you may lose quickly. But after the 1st week or two, the healthy amount to lose is about #2 a week, according to my trainer.
I still have about 15-20 to ideal only #8 to my "realistic" weight due to age and hormone changes that come with. I've been meeting with a trainer since March, going to take a few weeks off from the trainer and focus on the cardo and pick it back up in Oct. We go to the gym Mon-Fri.
Torn, unfortunately, can eat all he wants and still loses weight. Makes me want to smack him for being a male.

I, on the other hand, keep a food journal and average 1500-1800 calories a day. My trainer wants me to eat only about 200-250 at time and eat every 2-3 hours to help build a higher metabolism. And it works, I'm hungry all the damn time.......
There is nothing like running through an airport, in what you thought were comforty pants, and having to hold them up from falling off your ass and carrying #10 in the back pack didn't help.
