DAMN
 I just lost 30 LBS. over the last 12 months. I'm on the way back up though. I'll blame it on the sports bar and grill(my part time jobby). Since my diet has been Pizza, burgers, fries, chicken wings , tacos and 22 oz Fat Tires. ehehehe I said fat tire  gee that made me hungry. Sorry about that. OK if I weigh myself tomorrow and I weigh 175(which will be 15-20 elbows overweight). Then I'm in
