I didn't take a pic today, but I'm the same as yesterday, 179. I might just wait a few days, as I don't want to get frustrated at seeing the same weight over and over, lol. Yesterday we took a break from working out to heal up, but plan on going back out this morning for a walk in the park and some bad mitten.

It was kinda cool when I realized I had cereal for breakfast, then a slimfast for lunch, that by the time dinner came I wasn't as starving as usual...think my body is adjusting somewhat to the reduced calories. I hate the first few days when you are starving all the time.
