I guess the 20 mile bike ride yesterday (uphill both ways ) and 3-1/2 miles on the treadmill this morning will make you gain 1/2 lb ![]()

I'm trying to eat right & very little. I eat a lot of fat free yogurt (100 cal/serv), fresh fruit, home made chili or soup (this way, you know exactly what's in it), turkey sausage (ask Jim - it's fucking great!), a lot of water & only a couple of caffinated beverages to get me going in the morning. As far as exercise, 3-4 times a week I allow this redhead & her 4 friends to beat the shit out of me doing silly looking maneuvers in my living room. 2 different height steps + 2 weights + DVD remote = fat guy dripping with sweat & giving up before the 40 min workout program is over. I can't wait to see how it ends ![]() |

Well - I've trying to cut out as much dairy, cheese, oils, hydrogenated fats and alcohol as possible.
Lots of fresh veges, fruit and grilled fish. I found out yesterday that eating celery actually takes more energy out of your body than it gives - so if anyone's looking for a legal way of cheating - there you go ![]() Exercise is on the up as well - I need a routine though |
